Wash fresh pig ears with clean water and set aside~

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the pig ears and blanch them ~

Blanch the pig ears until a chopstick is inserted through them, then take them out, run them through cold water, rinse off the foam, and set aside~

Cut the green and red peppers, ginger, and garlic into shreds, and cut the small red peppers into rings and set aside~

Pig ears are made with sesame oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce chicken powder. Add ginger slices and marinate for half an hour until the flavor is absorbed~

Pour oil into the pan and sauté onions and garlic ~

Pour in the marinated pig ears, and any excess sauce (for more flavor), stir-fry evenly~

You can add a little oyster sauce in the middle and continue to stir-fry~
