Overview
Play boldly with the revision. I used to make Junzhi's Shrimp and Bacon Cheesecake in a regular way, but now I took out the last packet of cheese and tried to modify it. The flavor of potato and bacon is not impossible, only unexpected. Bacon has its own black pepper flavor, so the black pepper in the original recipe is naturally omitted. No more butter, just take care of the other ingredients

Prepare materials

Chop bacon, onions, and green peppers. Cut potatoes into small cubes and set aside

Place the chopped bacon in the microwave on high heat for one minute until cooked

Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, stir with warm water until smooth

Add eggs and mix well

Add milk, caster sugar, white vinegar, stir evenly

Pour in bacon, onion, and minced green pepper, mix well

Load the silicone mold

Put in a baking pan, heat water in the baking pan, put it in the oven, middle layer, heat up and down, 160 degrees, bake for about 60 minutes
