Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and cut the ribs, slice the ginger, blanch it in water, and add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
-
Peel and wash the carrots (you can also leave them unpeeled), and wash the corn as well.
-
Cut the washed carrots in half and then cut them diagonally into hob cubes.
-
Cut the corn into cubes as well.
-
Wash the blanched ribs and put them into the pot together with the chopped carrots and corn.
-
Add water (you can add a little more water, because it will take a long time to stew, and the water will turn into steam and evaporate during the stew)
-
Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then uncover the pot and turn to low heat to simmer.
-
There is no need to cover the pot during this period, because the boiling water will splash out if you cover the pot.
-
After stewing for fifty minutes, add an appropriate amount of edible salt, stir, add the edible salt and simmer for another five minutes and it's ready!
