Overview

There are several ways to write "mushu" for a home-cooked quick-serve dish, but they are usually written with these two characters. It is a traditional dish, and eggs and fungus are indispensable. I make it without meat.

  1. Main raw materials.

  2. Wash the cucumber and cut into diagonal slices and set aside.

  3. Beat the eggs, fry until cooked and set aside.

  4. Heat oil and simmer green onion and ginger.

  5. Add soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the fungus and fry until cooked.
