Overview
Winter melon is a melon vegetable with both medicinal and edible uses. It contains protein, sugar, carotene, multiple vitamins, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. It has high potassium content and low sodium content. It is slightly cold in nature, sweet and non-toxic. It has the effects of clearing lung heat and reducing phlegm, clearing stomach heat and relieving irritability and thirst, removing dampness and relieving heat. It can facilitate urination and eliminate edema.

Peel the winter melon, wash it and cut it into shreds. Wash and cut red peppers into shreds, wash and cut green peppers into sections, and cut ginger into shreds.
