Chives and ham salad dressing bread
Overview
Bread has always been my favorite breakfast. Baked bread is soft and fragrant. Let's think about it while I have time. Unexpectedly, I couldn't stop once I made it. I baked bread all day long. It was past 12 o'clock in the evening and the oven was still beeping. Although I was very sleepy, I was very happy, especially when I saw the bread coming out of the oven. Emma, what a chicken jelly!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the ingredients except chives and ham into a bread machine and knead into a smooth dough
-
After the dough is smooth, take it out and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size
-
Deflate the dough, divide it into 3 parts, cover it with plastic wrap, prepare chopped green onion, ham and salad dressing
-
Take out a piece of dough, roll it into an oval, and put a piece of ham on it
-
Pinch the dough tightly
-
In turn, use a sharp knife to cut the dough into even small equal parts, making sure not to cut off the bottom of the dough
-
Gently use your hands to separate the cut marks from left to right to create shapes
-
Put it in a warm place for the second fermentation. The dough will be 1.5 times larger than the original size. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with chopped green onions, squeeze on the salad dressing and put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
