Spicy Pepper Pork Fried Sauce
Overview
I just finished making the sauce and couldn't wait to start eating it. I forgot to take a photo of the sauce, so I'll use a photo of it before mixing the noodles.

Steps
-
Cut the top of the tenderloin and make it larger. When you eat it for the second time, the flavor of the bean paste is completely soaked into the meat, and it tastes great.
-
Prepare two bowls. In one bowl, cut green onions and peppers. You can cut this one slightly larger. The sauce will take a while to simmer. If you cut it too small, you won't be able to see the peppers and green peppers when it's done. In another bowl, chop ginger and green onion.
-
I cut the peppers first, so I covered them. I used a whole green onion for this dish, which is quite large. The more green onions, the better.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil and slowly fry the meat.
-
The meat needs to be stir-fried so that it has a burnt aroma and also lays the foundation for adding water to make the sauce later.
-
When the meat is almost dry, add the onions and ginger and stir-fry until they become fragrant.
-
Add the sauce at this time.
-
Stir well, the heat can be lowered, if the sauce is particularly mushy, add chicken essence and soy sauce at this time.
-
Add water and boil.
-
When the water is cooked until the meat is exposed, add the peppers and green onions and cook them inside.
-
While the sauce is simmering, roll out the noodles.
-
After placing the dough, you can cut it. I forgot to take care of it when cutting.

Finally, let’s take a picture of the finished product. I got some carrots and white radish. The texture is soft and crispy, and it’s delicious.
