Overview
Donuts are a favorite among children, but I don’t like the kind of donuts fried in a pan because they are too greasy. This kind of food is healthier.

Material preparation.

Butter the mold and set aside.

Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. Use a hand mixer to beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger.

Add powdered sugar and continue beating with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Beat the eggs, add little by little to the butter, and mix well.

Sift in half of the mixed powder (mix the flour and baking powder in advance) and mix evenly.

Pour in half the milk and mix well.

Put the batter into a piping bag, cut a small opening and pipe the batter into the mould.

Shake it a few times, put it in the preheated oven, set the oven at 180° on the middle rack, turn the heat up and down, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
