Black and White Sesame Shortbread
Overview
The sesame pancake I made today is what I learned from Yuanzhuzhu. It has the same crunchy texture as the previous protein pancake, but the amount of butter is greatly reduced, and a lot of sesame is added, so it is very fragrant and tastes really good.
