Ingredients
Steps
-
Stir 50g corn oil, 60g milk, and 10g sugar until the sugar melts
-
Add egg yolk and 80g sifted low-gluten flour and mix well
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add 70g of sugar and beat with a whisk (add the sugar in 3 times), add 1 time when bubbles are formed
-
Add the remaining sugar in two batches and beat with a whisk until clean peaks form
-
Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste in 3 batches
-
Mix well
-
Pour the cake batter into an 8-inch mold
-
Place in a preheated oven and lower the heat to 100 degrees, then bake at 110 degrees for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, lower the heat to 140 degrees, then bake at 150 degrees for another 15 minutes.
-
The baked cake is turned upside down on a wire rack to cool and then unmoulded
-
Whip 400g whipped cream with 25g sugar (I used animal cream)
-
Whipped cream
-
Use a knife to separate the cake from the middle (it won’t look good without a special knife, but it won’t affect the taste)
-
Spread a layer of butter in the middle
-
Place your favorite fruits and then apply a layer of cream
-
Cover the cut cake
-
Coat with cream, use a piping bag to fill with piping cream, and place the fruit in the middle
-
Cut the strawberries in the middle and place them
-
I always felt like something was missing, so I went to the supermarket and bought 2 kiwis, washed them, peeled them, sliced them and put them around the cake, and cut the rest into small pieces and placed them in the middle
-
Doesn’t it look much better than before?
-
Lots of fruit, happy birthday!
