Peel and wash taro, pumpkin, and carrots and set aside.

Cut into small pieces.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the minced meat, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Thaw and wash peas.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add the taro and diced carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
