-
Put the cleaned ribs into the pot and bring to a boil.
-
Remove the cooked ribs and rinse away any foam with running water.
-
Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

Heat the pot, add the pork ribs and stir-fry without adding oil. When the pork ribs are browned, pour them out.

Pour a small amount of peanut oil into the pot, heat it up, add seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the pork ribs and stir-fry.
-
Over medium heat, pour in fresh soy sauce and stir-fry soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
-
Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.
-
After the meat is crispy and tender, reduce the juice over high heat, add green pepper and stir-fry for a few times before serving.
-
The fragrant pork ribs are OK.
