Ingredients picture, peel the lotus root and cut into strips, cut the tomato into small pieces, remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into strips.

Add white vinegar, white sugar and a little salt to tomato sauce to make sweet and sour sauce.

Sprinkle the lotus root strips with a little cornstarch and mix well.

Heat up the oil pan and fry the lotus root strips until the surface is slightly brown and take them out.

Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the bottom pot, add the tomato cubes, cook over low heat for about 1 minute, and thicken with water starch.
