Overview

When I was in middle school, my favorite food was spicy cod made by my mother. The cod bones are less flavourful and fresh. Every time my mother makes this dish, I can eat several bowls of rice. It doesn't taste like mom. But equally bright and rich. Share the steps with everyone. If you like spicy food, don’t miss it.

  1. Clean and cut cod into pieces. A pinch of salt. 2 spoons cooking wine. Marinate for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

  2. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into sections. Appropriate amount of dried red pepper.

  3. Heat the wok. When the oil is 80% hot, add onions, ginger, garlic and chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

  4. Pour in cod. Add salt. Soy sauce. Oyster sauce. rock candy. Peppercorns. Pixian Douban. Just add water to cover the fish.

  5. Collect the juice after boiling. Just load it into a plate.
