Oatmeal peanut butter & small skillet okara pizza
Overview
I drink soy milk a little frequently, but I am too lazy to make the okara, so I often throw it away. Thinking that what is thrown away is nutrients, it is quite a waste. The okara has been used to make pancakes several times, and they are still pancakes. Why not make some Western-style pancakes? I haven’t made pizza for a long time, and I happen to have bacon at home to consume, so let’s have a Chinese-style pizza! The crust of this pizza will be softer, making it more suitable for the elderly and children. Moreover, with the addition of bean dregs, it is more nutritious! There's soy milk and pizza, and that's it for breakfast!

Pour the peanuts and oats into the soy milk machine and add 1200 ml of water to make soy milk

After the soy milk is ready, pour it out and sift it, and cool the bean dregs for later use
-
While making the soy milk, cut the bacon into small slices and cut the green and red peppers and onions into sections
-
Add a little oil to the frying pan, fry the bacon until both sides are slightly brown, then set aside
-
Add the green and red peppers and onions to the pan and stir-fry until cooked
-
Mix the cooled bean dregs, salt, flour and eggs into a batter

The batter is relatively thick. If it is too dry, add some water or soy milk

Pour a little oil into the frying pan and heat it until it is 30 or 40% hot. Pour in half of the batter and spread it evenly
-
Fry the batter on one side until golden brown, flip over and continue frying
-
Brush a layer of tomato sauce on the bread
-
First spread a layer of chopped mozzarella, then evenly spread bacon, green and red peppers and onions
-
Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top, cover and fry over low heat until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown and the cheese melts, then it is ready to serve. If you like black pepper, you can sprinkle some cracked black pepper
