Wash the hooves and blanch them in a pot.

Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into pieces.

Soak dry kelp on your hair and rinse.

Wash the blanched hooves, put them into a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and a little white vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
