Spicy stir-fried udon

Spicy stir-fried udon

Overview

I am from Xinjiang, and here we have a Xinjiang specialty food that is not a local snack - fried rice noodles. Both men and women, old and young, love to eat it. Beef fried rice noodles, chicken fried rice noodles, rice noodles, mixed rice noodles~~~~all kinds of things! Fragrant and spicy, the celery is crunchy, and the rice noodles are smooth. The taste is simply superb! ! ! LG works out of town, and I sometimes visit him. When I miss that taste, we make our own rice noodles because there are no rice noodles sold out there, so we use udon noodles instead. The taste is also great! ! !

  5. After the red oil comes out, add tomatoes and stir-fry. In order to release the juice faster and stir-fry into tomato sauce, I poured some boiled water in half of the time.

  9. When the aroma comes out, pour the udon noodles into the pot and stir-fry. Do not stir-fry for too long. After it takes on color, start adding an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, Sichuan pepper powder, pepper, minced garlic, salt, and chicken essence. Stir well, turn off the heat, and remove from the pot.
