Salt and pepper sesame pancakes
Overview
I can't resist all kinds of pancakes. I just tried Lao Yang's pretzels two days ago. This time I followed Die'er's recipe and made another flavor of sesame pancakes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add yeast and 20 grams of oil to the flour, and knead with warm water into a smooth dough for fermentation
-
Put pepper, salt, five-spice powder, cumin powder, and white sesame powder in a bowl to make a seasoning
-
The dough that has risen will be honeycomb-shaped inside. Take out the dough and divide it into two parts
-
Take a portion and roll it into a rectangle, coat with oil
-
Sprinkle with seasoning and a little dry flour
-
Roll up from the narrow side
-
Divide it into even portions. It depends on the size of your cake. I divided it into 14 portions
-
Stretch the dough a little longer and fold both ends inward
-
Then use the tiger's mouth to wrap up the four sides, arrange it into a round shape, and flatten it
-
Brush a layer of water on the surface, dip it in sesame seeds, and press it tightly
-
Place in an electric pan and bake until golden brown on both sides. Only use the lower lid to heat, and cover the upper lid with another pot lid so that the cake surface will not be squeezed. Flip once in the middle
