Roast pork with louver knot
Overview
The louver knot is a knot made from louver leaves. The louver leaf is a soy product that can be fried and burned. It is chewy when tied into a knot and is very fragrant when grilled with meat. It is suitable for all ages.

Cut the pork belly into thick slices.

Have ingredients ready.

Prepared louver knot.

Throw the meat into the water.

Add oil to the pot and sauté onions, ginger and star anise until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir-fry for two to three minutes.

Add half a spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar, and 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, stir well.

Add louver knots, add sugar and soybean paste and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. (The meat in my house will not be too rotten, it depends on the thickness of the meat and the tolerance of the family).
