Spicy shell mixed vegetables
Overview
Spicy shells are a bit unfamiliar to northerners, but they are very familiar to southerners. To make spicy shells, you put dried chili peppers into a dry pan and stir-fry them into paste, then crush them with your hands and mix them with seasonings. The taste of the spicy shells is different from the previous red oil chili peppers. As for the dishes, northerners are also unfamiliar with them and don’t know how to eat them, but southerners are different. There are many ways to stir-fry, cold and stew!
