Steps
-
Razor clams grow fatter in hotter weather, so I bought very fresh razor clams today and prepared to mix them into a cold dish and eat them
-
Soak the razor clams in salt water for half an hour to reveal the sand inside the razor clams
-
After soaking, wash it several times with clean water. Treat it very clean and put it in a container for later use
-
Put the razor clams into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add a small amount of salt and cook over high heat for five minutes
-
The cooked razor clams have their mouths opened wide. Do not throw away the soup in which the razor clams are cooked to prevent sand from getting on the razor clams. You can wash them or use this soup to make other soup bases. The taste is particularly delicious
-
Take out the razor clam flesh, wash it briefly and put it into a container for later use
-
Remove the enoki mushrooms, clean them, blanch them in boiling water, rinse them with cold water, drain them and set aside
-
Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips and set aside
-
Add enoki mushrooms to oyster sauce, Yipin fresh soy sauce, waterlogged juice, sugar, sesame oil and chili oil, mix well and marinate for flavor
-
Add cucumber shreds and carrot shreds and finally add MSG and mix well
-
Place the mixed side dishes on a plate, put the razor clam meat into the shell and place it on the plate
-
The very tempting taste is delicious and refreshing
-
For even more flavor, you can mix razor clams and assorted side dishes together to make it even more delicious
-
It will be even more fun if paired with some wine
