Dried bean curd bamboo shoots and roasted pork

I particularly like the braised pork and dried bean curd with bamboo shoots. It tastes great when simmered together

Wash and cut the pork belly into pieces and set aside. Soak the yuba and set aside. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in hot water and set aside

Boil two slices of ginger, two star anise, 3 small slices of bay leaves, four cloves of garlic, dried chili peppers, and soaked dried bamboo shoots over high heat for 3 minutes.

Put oil in the pot, heat it and add star anise, bay leaves, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers to the pot.

Add meat and stir-fry

Heat the oil, add water, add sugar and fry until the sugar is hot

Add meat, soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Add cola, add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat

Add everything to the rice cooker and set it to steam mode for one hour. Add bean curd juice, yuba and dried bamboo shoots

After an hour, take out the vegetables from the rice cooker and put them into the wok. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir-fry.
