Walnut Cranberry Rice
Overview
Maybe many people like to use cranberries for baking and the like, while millet is generally used for porridge. I really like to eat cranberries mixed with salad and rice. The rice mixed with millet is also very delicious. When I eat out, I always think about what I like to eat at home. I love eating rice, so I will order food while looking at the rice. I really like the yellow rice with dried fruits that I eat in Indian restaurants. I'm a DIY person, so the ingredients must be different. I didn't expect it to have a little yellow rice flavor~ If you haven't tried dried fruit bibimbap, you might think it tastes strange, but I like it very much.

Prepare materials

Wash the millet and soak it in water for 1 hour

Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker and cook into millet

Cut walnuts into small pieces; cut cranberries into small pieces; cut onions into sections; cut cilantro into small sections
