First stir-fry the fillings, gather the ingredients and prepare. Fillings: [70g glutinous rice flour, 70g fine sugar, 110g water, 25g white sesame seeds, 20g lard]

Saute sesame seeds in a dry pan and pour aside

Pour in water, lard, and white sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar

Pour in the glutinous rice flour and stir to combine, making sure there are no white spots. When it becomes sticky and cooked, add the fried sesame seeds

After frying, let cool or refrigerate for one hour

Next, make the water-oil crust. Mix the flour, sugar, egg liquid, lard, and water evenly, and knead it into a smooth and soft dough [Due to the water absorption of flour, it is best to keep a little bit when making it, depending on the situation] [Water-oil crust: 100g medium flour, 15g fine sugar, 45g water, 2 tsp whole egg liquid, 10g lard]

Mix the flour and lard and knead until it forms a ball. Divide the kneaded pastry dough into 16 equal parts. [Puff pastry: 80g medium flour, 50g lard]

Divide the dough, puff pastry and glutinous rice fillings into 16 portions

Roll the dough into a ball and press it into the pastry

Roll into tongue shape and roll up

Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes, fold in half, flatten and roll into a skin
