One pound of fresh lamb leg meat (preferably lamb belly), washed and cut into pieces.

Prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Pixian watercress (flat spoon), 1 tablespoon of pickled ginger foam, 1 tablespoon of pickled pepper foam, half a tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of meat tenderizer, 4 taels of rice powder, appropriate amount of chicken essence and MSG, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, appropriate amount of chili oil, and appropriate amount of pepper powder.
