Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces and set aside.

Wash the louvers, cut into triangular pieces and set aside.

Wash the ginger, slice it and set aside.

Add 500 grams of water to the pot, 2 grams of ginger slices, and 10 grams of cooking wine.

Pour the pork belly into the pot.

After boiling, skim off the foam.

Rinse the cooked pork belly to remove the blood foam and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan.

Add ginger slices.

Pour in the pork belly.

Fry the pork belly until both sides are slightly brown.

Add 10 grams of cooking wine.

Add 500 grams of water.

Add light soy sauce.

Add dark soy sauce.

Add sugar.

Add salt.
