Vanilla Soft Center Pie
Overview
It’s time to make weeds~ I wanted to make this soft pie last month. I had already listed it as one of the must-make desserts, but I kept putting it off until now. I wanted to make a chocolate soft pie, but I was impatient, so I dipped it in a layer of chocolate sauce and couldn’t wait for it to dry. Besides, I was in a hurry to go to school, so I just didn’t make it (⊙﹏⊙)b

Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the egg white and egg yolk, and add a little vanilla essence into the egg yolk.
-
Add white vinegar to the egg whites and beat the egg whites at high speed.
-
Add sugar in three batches and beat until wet peaks form.
-
Add a little corn oil and water to the egg yolks and stir evenly.
-
Add a little strawberry jam, sift in the flour and mix well.
-
Take one-third of the egg white and put it into the egg yolk batter.
-
Mix well.
-
Pour the egg yolk paste into the egg whites.
-
Mix well.
-
Put the mixed cake batter into a piping bag and pipe out a round shape on the mat, trying to be the same size.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
The round pie is ready to be taken out when its surface is golden.
-
First put half of the pie and put marshmallows on it (I didn’t buy the original flavor, so I used heart-shaped marshmallows with strawberry flavor.)
-
Put it in the microwave, cook on medium-high heat for 20 seconds, take it out immediately, and cover it with the other half.
-
Add a little whipped cream to the chocolate and melt over hot water.
-
Roll the finished pie inside and it will become a chocolate pie.
-
Of course, you can also choose to eat vanilla flavor directly.
