Prepare enough nuts! I only have these at home, and there are no walnuts, so I omitted them!

Place the nuts in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until evenly mixed. I don’t have a whisk, so I just use chopsticks to stir!

Add low-gluten flour, 1/2 spoon of baking powder, 1/4 spoon of baking soda, and stir.

Add chopped nuts and mix well.

Just stir it into this state!

Knead it into a cake shape. I don't have any sesame seeds, so I decorate it with some nuts. PS: Since there is no parchment paper, I put it directly on the baking sheet.

Place in the oven, middle rack, 180°C, for 16 minutes.

The finished product is crispy and even crispier after cooling! I made it without embossing lines, but it did not affect the taste. It tasted the same as the peach cake sold in the supermarket. 😀
