Add the soaked rice, glutinous rice (1:1) and fragrant leaves to the pot and stir-fry until slightly brown and let cool

Crush the rice noodles and set aside

Mix fermented bean curd, sweet noodle sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white wine, sugar, salt, pepper, thirteen spices, aniseed powder, and pepper powder with appropriate amount of water and set aside

Cut the pork belly into slices about 2mm thick

Mix the meat slices and sauce evenly and marinate for 30 minutes

Add rice noodles, mix well and marinate for 2 hours

Place the bamboo leaves on the bottom of the bowl and cover them neatly

After boiling the pot, set it over medium heat for 1 and a half hours, then turn off the heat and place it on a plate!
