Ingredients
Steps
-
Defrost chicken wings purchased in supermarkets or markets, wash, dry and set aside.
-
Debone the chicken wings. This step requires patience and skill. First, use scissors to cut between the joints of the two bones in the thicker side of the chicken wings.
-
Cut deeper along the outer wall of the chicken bone, and you can see the specific positions of the two bones. Then loosen the bones of the chicken wing. While peeling off the chicken and bones, turn the chicken wing inside out like a bag to expose the two bones. Hold the smaller bone and turn it back and forth a few times to separate the bones and flesh. Do the same with the other one and turn it a few times, and the bone will be easily taken out. Remove a few more bones from the chicken wings and you will be able to do it skillfully.
-
Remove bones from all chicken wings and set aside.
-
Sprinkle the Orleans grilled chicken wing seasoning on the chicken wings. I used Ku Ke Yi Bai here.
-
Use your hands to stir the seasoning into the chicken wings evenly, massage the chicken wings into the chicken wings to allow the flavor to fully penetrate, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
-
While marinating, chop the chives, onions, and sausages into small pieces.
-
Then prepare the fillings, heat the pot and add appropriate amount of salad oil.
-
Add chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add leftover rice. In fact, it would be better if you have steamed glutinous rice. Because I have leftover rice at home, I just use it. The stickiness of glutinous rice will make it taste better.
-
Add chopped sausage diced, I used homemade sausage.
-
Before stir-frying and serving, add a small amount of salt and chives to taste according to taste.
-
Put the filling into a bowl and set aside.
-
Take one chicken wing and stuff the filling into the larger wing. Don't stuff the stuffing too much.
-
Arrange the stuffed chicken wings evenly on the baking sheet and preheat the oven in advance.
-
The oven temperature is set to 170 degrees and the time is 10 minutes. (Each oven brand is different, the temperature and time are for reference only)
-
Take out the chicken wings, use a brush to evenly apply a layer of honey on the surface of each chicken wing, then turn over and continue to brush honey.
-
Put the chicken wings brushed with honey into the oven again, the temperature is still 170 degrees, continue baking for 10 minutes and it is ready to eat.
-
Every bite of the dish is followed by a bite of rice. It’s delicious and juicy. Children love it!
