Wild Rice Scrambled Eggs
Overview
Recently, my baby is in the process of teething, and it is a bit difficult to eat anything. I bought wild rice scrambled eggs, chopped them up and fried them. It's also good to eat with rice. Wild rice is known as water ginseng for its rich nutritional value. Its texture is fresh and tender, and its taste is sweet. It is regarded as a good vegetable. Wild rice is sweet and slightly cold; it has the effects of dispelling heat, promoting body fluids, quenching thirst, diuresis, dehumidification, and tonic.
