Remove and break off the red beans, wash, drain and set aside.

Wash and cut the garlic seedlings and set aside.

Heat the oil pan until it is six-cooked, pour in the corn oil, add the garlic, and stir-fry the fat.

Add red beans and stir-fry for a few minutes until soft.
