Steps
-
Dice onions and garlic. Peel and mince tomatoes.
-
When the butter is melted and fragrant, add onions and garlic. After sautéing until fragrant, add minced tomatoes. After sautéing until fragrant, add tomato sauce to adjust the color. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Add 1g of salt, 5g of white sugar, appropriate grinding of black pepper and pizza grass. Stir well. When fragrant, turn off the heat and set aside.
-
Peel the prawns and remove the devein. Add salt, white pepper, abalone juice, and a little sugar and marinate for 15 minutes to add flavor.
-
Prepare flour, eggs, bread crumbs, and marinated prawns and set aside.
-
Coat the prawns with a layer of flour.
-
After wrapping the dough, wrap it in a layer of egg wash.
-
Finally, wrap it in a layer of bread crumbs, and a semi-finished anchovy shrimp is completed.
-
Cook all the prawns in sequence. I made two extra cheese-wrapped prawns to try out the taste. It’s my first time to try it. If it tastes good, I’ll teach it to my friends.
-
Add salt, sugar, and olive oil to the flour. Dissolve the yeast with warm water, pour it into the flour in batches, mix well, and let it rise for about 40 minutes.
-
Let the dough double in size.
-
Roll out the dough into shape.
-
Spread a layer of salad oil on a baking sheet and add the shaped dough. Use a small toothpick to deflate the air. Spread pizza sauce evenly.
-
Spread a layer of mozzarella.
-
Add shredded onions, shredded red peppers and anchovy shrimps. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella shreds on top of the shrimp and crust. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then open the oven and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella shreds. Bake for another 5 minutes and it's ready to go.
