Ingredients are shown in the picture. Later I left a wild rice root. (I'm always like this. Every time I debate whether to cut it or not. I'm so confused! Hey~)

Soak a handful of shiitake mushrooms in warm water for twenty minutes

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Cut wild rice and shiitake mushrooms into thin slices

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and stir-fry chives, ginger, and garlic

Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant

Then add shredded wild rice and stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat

When the wild rice shreds turn yellow and soft, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Add salt according to personal taste

Pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms. Bring to a boil and simmer for two minutes
