Soak daylilies in cold water.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into sections horizontally.

Cut the cabbage into shreds crosswise.

Finish cutting in sequence.

The daylily head will have a hard stem, remove it.

After sorting the day lily, blanch it in water, take it out and set aside.

Cut the meat into shreds and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and starch.

Stir-fry the shredded onions, ginger and pork in a hot pan with cold oil, remove and set aside.

Stir-fry the cabbage until it becomes soft and add oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly.

Add daylily, shredded pork, and garlic slices and stir-fry evenly. Just take it out of the pot.
