Spicy Garlic Grilled Squid
Overview
My children love to eat takeout Teppanyaki, but the safety issue is really worrying. The grilled squid is also very delicious, better than the teppanyaki. You don’t need too much seasoning, a bag of hot sauce will solve the problem.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean the squid and remove the red coating on the surface.
-
Chop half a head of garlic and a bag of hot sauce. You can use your favorite hot sauce here. I have this kind of hot sauce at home and I just use it.
-
Mix hot sauce and minced garlic. First generation hot sauce 100g, I used 60g.
-
Place the squid on a baking sheet and coat with the minced chili sauce and garlic. Use scissors to cut two slits on both sides of each squid to prevent excessive curling during baking.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
-
Cumin and cooked sesame seeds are ready.
-
After 12 minutes, take out the baking sheet, smear with remaining hot sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin. Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
