Peach kernel loofah
Overview
Walnut, also known as longevity fruit, is one of the four major dried fruits. Its rich nutrition and many benefits of regular consumption will not be discussed here. Its main functions, which are suitable for autumn, need to be mentioned. Walnuts can nourish qi and blood, moisten dryness and resolve phlegm, warm the lungs and moisten the intestines. In early autumn when the weather is dry and windy, it is still very good to eat more. I like to add peach kernels to dishes, but if they are not handled properly, they will taste astringent. Mima is the kind of busy person who cannot sit down and peel the soaked peach kernels one by one. For a while, I just soaked it for a long time before eating it, and it tasted pretty good. But the problem came again. Mima originally planned to eat peach kernels tomorrow morning, but she didn't get up as planned in the morning, so the soaked peach kernels were naturally not used. She happened to be away from home for lunch at noon. When she got home in the evening, the peach kernels might have a strange smell, so she had to throw them away. I tried the blanching method twice and it felt good. It’s convenient, fast and doesn’t waste anything. It’s great. Haha, foodies will always find a way!
