Onion Ring Egg Pancake
Overview
Egg pancakes are a common combination on my family's dining table. Although the recipe is simple, it is nutritious and comprehensive. I made onion ring egg pancakes this morning. It was actually a little twist on the egg pancakes. After baking, the onion rings were not spicy at all, but crispy. Together with the fragrant and tender egg pancakes, it created a very unique delicacy. Zaizai, who was originally averse to the spiciness of onions, also liked it.

Cut the onions into onion rings and chop the bacon. Beat the eggs, add flour, water, fungus, chopped bacon, and salt and stir into a batter.
