Wash the shrimps in clean water and drain.

Cut onions into sections, slice ginger, and mince garlic

Pour 2/3 of the camellia oil into the pot, heat the oil over high heat until it is 80% hot

Pour in the drained shrimp

Take them out after frying for 30 seconds

Turn on the high heat again, reheat the oil to 80% hot, and re-fry the previously taken out shrimps for 1 minute, take them out and set aside

Leave the oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the pre-fried shrimps

Add salt and pepper according to personal taste
