Beef mixed noodles
Overview
Although I have been wandering around the food world for several years, I have never thought of posting recipes. Firstly, I am really sorry for my craftsmanship. I feel terrible and dare not show my shame. Secondly, people are really too lazy. Thirdly, taking photos while cooking is too technical (>_

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the offal and spices. My offal was half-cooked, so I washed it randomly
-
Then prepare something to put the spices. The gauze and balls are optional, so I just cut a piece of gauze
-
Put oil in the pot, heat the oil over high heat (about 160 degrees), then turn to low heat and fry the spices until fragrant
-
After the aroma is strong, strain out the spices and put them in a ball or gauze
-
Add one spoon of sugar and three spoons of bean paste (a small spoon for soup) to the pot, stir-fry slightly
-
Turn to high heat, add beef offal and stir-fry briefly
-
Pour in delicious fresh and dark soy sauce, stir-fry a few times, the amount of soy sauce can be increased or decreased appropriately, it mainly depends on how much you want to put in the soup
-
Pour cooking wine, stir-fry a few times, turn off the heat, and pour into the pressure cooker
-
Add water, throw down the spices tied with gauze, cover the lid, and burn over high heat until the gas valve makes a wheezing sound. Cook for another five minutes and turn off the heat. (If the beef offal is raw, the time will be longer. If it is medium or medium-cooked, the time will be shortened. The amount of water can be adjusted according to your own needs. You don’t have to add as much as I did. I only need two meals for two people.) While the offal is cooking, chop a little garlic sprouts and an appropriate amount of coriander, and spread them on the bottom of the bowl
-
Wait for the pressure cooker gas valve to come down, boil another pot of water to cook the noodles. After the noodles are cooked, take a tablespoon of boiling water and pour it into a bowl. Blanch the coriander and garlic sprouts, then turn off the heat and pour the noodles into a bowl. Pour in the beef offal soup, and you can start eating beautifully^O^
