Mix shortening and flour and knead into dough
-
Deflate the fermented dough and wrap it in pastry
-
With the mouth facing down, press flat
-
Slowly roll out the dough in item 8 into thin slices. Be careful when rolling out, because there is pastry inside and it will break easily
-
Roll it into a long roll along one side
-
Use a knife to cut into evenly sized pieces. I cut them into 6 pieces
-
Pinch both ends of the cut dough tightly to prevent the pastry from leaking out, then let it rest for another 15 minutes
-
Mix brown sugar and flour in a ratio of 1:4 to prevent excessive fluidity of the sugar at high temperatures from leaking out and scalding your mouth
-
Flatten the awakened medicine
-
Press the dough with your hands into a shape that is thin on the edges and thick in the middle, and wrap the brown sugar filling in it
-
Wrap it up and press it flat again
-
Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 18 minutes
