Smooth and tender chicken
Overview
This is to mix chicken breast into chicken puree to make chicken meatballs, and make it into the shape you like! The texture is smooth, tender, delicious and very simple!

Wash the chicken breasts and set aside

Use a food processor to blend the chicken into puree

Add cooking wine, green onion and ginger water, salt, monosodium glutamate, egg white, stir and drizzle with sesame oil

Place in a mold and steam for 3 minutes (if you like it simple, you can make it directly into meatballs)

Chop the green peppers, blanch them in water, and serve them on top of the cooked chicken swan! Finally, put a little water in the frying spoon, add salt, MSG, water starch rice soup gravy and pour it on top
