Heart-shaped Tamagoyaki
Overview
Tamagoyaki is composed of eggs, milk, salt, mirin (or sugar), Japanese bonito soy sauce (or soy sauce), and is very nutritious. Eggs can moisturize, enhance immunity, protect eyes, and milk is rich in protein. In addition, the milk can also be replaced with water or dried bonito stock. The amount of water has a lot to do with the density of the tamagoyaki.

Okay, just cut off the two ends, sort it out a little, cut it into two sections, and then cut it diagonally.

Quick, low-fat tamagoyaki that's healthy and delicious.
