Remove fat and fascia from chicken thighs, cut into small pieces, add teriyaki sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.

Knead evenly and marinate for more than 30 minutes. (I usually marinate it in the morning and cook it in the evening.)

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Chop green onions.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until fragrant.

Add chicken legs and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked, add the chopped green onions.

Stir well.
