Reunion Crab
Overview
Blue crab is a must-have final dish for festivals along the coast of Zhejiang. Of course, there are many ways to cook blue crab. This Mid-Autumn Festival, I made this reunion crab and got a good response. It is paired with fresh meat glutinous rice balls, which means reunion!

Prepare materials

Use chopsticks to insert a fork into the side of the blue crab's two clear eyes, and it will be down in five minutes!

Wash the crabs and chop them into small pieces. Clap the big feet into pieces with the back of a knife

Put it into a plate and add salt, ginger, green onion, and cooking wine

Steam in a pot over water
