Prepare ingredients

Egg yolk and egg white separation

Add milk and sugar to egg yolks and mix well

Add flour cornstarch and mix well

Add purple sweet potato starch

Mix well and set aside

Beat the egg whites with sugar in 3 batches

Beat it into an inverted triangle like this

Then add in the egg yolks in 3 batches and mix well

Pour into baking pan and knock out air bubbles

After preheating the oven, place it at 170 degrees for 15 minutes

Take out and tear off the oil paper
