Stir-fried mung bean sprouts and leeks

Wash the mung bean sprouts and try to remove as much skin as possible. I washed this three times. Drain the water (very important! This can avoid hot oil splashing when putting it in the pot)

Select the leeks, wash them, and cut them into sections.

Add vegetable oil to the wok, heat over high heat until smoking, add mung bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly for one minute. Drizzle balsamic vinegar along side of wok. Add the leeks and continue to stir-fry for half a minute. Add salt and MSG to taste.
