Prepare materials.

Wash the pine nuts, put them in a non-stick pan and stir-fry over low heat until cooked. Remove.

Drain the tofu and coat evenly with starch.

Pour oil into the pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add Heinz ketchup, sugar, and appropriate amount of water to the bowl and mix well.
