Yong Tau Foo
Overview
I once had a dish in a Hakka restaurant. Hakka Yong Tau Fu tasted very good and is considered a specialty dish in Hakka cuisine. Of course, you can also do it at home, it’s not too difficult. I just used a regular wok, but it would be better to fry the tofu in a non-stick pan.
