Overview
Garlic sprouts, also known as garlic sprouts, are the flower stems extracted from bolted garlic. They are one of the vegetables that people like to eat. They are often mistakenly called garlic sprouts. Prepare ingredients: garlic sprouts, potatoes

Pick and wash garlic sprouts and cut into sections
